Is saau-yuen a medical or nursing facility?

No. saau-yuen is a non-medical lifestyle residence. We focus on daily comfort, social connection and quality of life — not clinical care. Residents who require medical attention continue to see their own doctors and specialists as they always have. Our team is here to make everyday life easier and more enjoyable.

Can a resident choose just one service, or must they take the full package?

Each service can be taken on its own or in combination with others. Some residents begin with Daily Living Support and later decide to join the outings programme. There is no obligation to take more than what feels right at a given time, and arrangements can be adjusted as circumstances change.

What does the Complete Residence Living package include?

Complete Residence Living at HK$3,840 per month covers a private room, daily housekeeping, all meals, the regular outings programme and participation in every community activity. There is one consistent team caring for all residents, so the experience feels cohesive rather than transactional.

How do we know if saau-yuen is the right fit?

The simplest way is to come and spend a little time here. We encourage families and prospective residents to visit, look around at a relaxed pace and share a meal or a cup of tea with us.
